Stefan “The Governor” Mendrick has claimed the first place crown in Diamond Eight’s Summer edition of the 14and1.com Straight Pool league. Stefan played strong enough to edge out 2nd place finisher Jackie Ford by one point. Jackie was unable to secure more than two points in the last two weeks, in very close matches against Ed Littell and Frank Bogardus. The two Straight Pool veterans battled for the number one position while the rest of the field gave good effort to break into the top spots. It was another great session for our Straight Pool league! Everyone had a great time with some tough, but fun, competition.
